I had to bring my Cadillac here for a repair that was still under warranty. The dealership I bought the vehicle from couldn’t take care of it because they weren’t a Cadillac dealership so I was referred to Royal and spoke to Gary. I dropped off the car and felt comfortable right away. The whole service team was great keeping me updated and the repair was done quickly. I will be returning going forward for any repairs.
